The band of the Cameronians (Scottish Rifles)
Amongst more official engagements undertaken during their posting in Germany, the combined band, pipes and drums played at the Liberation Celebrations at Brunssum, Holland July 1955.

The Pipe band is that of The Cameronians (Scottish Rifles).
This was classed as a Lowland Regiment in which only the pipers wore the kilt. All other members of The Regiment wore tartan trousers called trews. The Regiment which recruited from an area south of Glasgow was disbanded in 1968.
